24/7 Emergency Service
MCS offers 24/7 emergency service for water damage recovery and sewage remediation. After hours our office telephone system will instruct the caller how to engage emergency call out (press 1 on your telephone). Call will be diverted to two mobile numbers and if not answered our Call Centre will record the message and send this by text to each mobile telephone.
Majority of after-hours calls are answered within the first diversion however, if this does not occur please be patient, leave a message with the Call Centre operator and assistance will follow shortly thereafter.
